Larkfield Orthodontics opened in 2009 above a bike shop in Ellwood Springs, with one chair and a borrowed scanner. The Cobalt Creek office followed in 2017.
One orthodontist, nine staff, two offices and about four hundred patients in treatment at any time. Small enough that Dr. Larkfield sees you at every visit.

Cobalt Creek opened, with Thursday evening hours from the start.

In-house retainer lab, so repairs take a day instead of a fortnight.

Free growth checks extended to every child in the area, patient or not.
