Accessibility statement

How this website is built to work for everyone, and how to tell us when it doesn’t.

Parents booking a first visit, teenagers checking a price and adults comparing aligners should all be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or high zoom. It aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the main content
  • Text and buttons meet colour contrast requirements, and pages still work in Windows high contrast mode
  • Pages reflow at 400% zoom without sideways scrolling
  • Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion
  • The cost calculator and the before-and-after slider work with a keyboard and a screen reader
  • The consultation request labels every field and explains errors in words, not just colour
  • Key pages are also in Spanish

How we test

Every page is checked with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) and by hand with a keyboard, VoiceOver and 200% to 400% zoom, on phones and desktops, before each release.

Known limits

Some insurance and financing forms we link to are published by those companies as PDFs that are not fully accessible. If you need one in another format, ask us and we will fill it in with you.

If something on this site is hard to use, call (970) 555-0141 or email hello@larkfieldortho.example. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will help you by phone straight away and fix the page.
