What will it cost?
Move the numbers and see a real monthly range. Nothing here is a credit check, and the written quote you get at the consultation is fixed for 90 days.
Most PPO plans allow $1,000 to $2,500 for a lifetime, often only under age 19.
Anything from nothing to a quarter of the total. It lowers the monthly payment, not the price.

How insurance actually works
- PPO dental plans
- Most include an orthodontic lifetime maximum, often $1,000 to $2,500, and many only for patients under 19. We bill them directly.
- HSA and FSA
- Orthodontics is an eligible expense. Cards work here, and we can split a payment across two plan years.
- Health First Colorado
- Covers medically necessary orthodontics for children who qualify. We can tell you at the consultation whether a case is likely to qualify.
- No insurance
- Roughly a third of our patients pay without it. The 0% payment plan is the same either way.
Money questions
How does the payment plan work?
A down payment, then equal monthly payments over 12 to 30 months at 0% interest, with no credit check. Nothing is charged before you agree to a plan.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. The written quote holds for 90 days and the price does not change once treatment starts, even if it takes longer than planned.
What if I move away mid-treatment?
We transfer your records and refund the unused portion of your plan. It happens a few times a year.
